Enrollment in the course is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Course Access and Materials

2.1 Access:

Upon enrollment, students will receive access to course materials, including video lessons, assignments, and additional resources. Access to these materials is for the duration of the course and any designated review period after course completion.

2.2 Intellectual Property:

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Flagship Coding Academy and are protected by copyright laws. You may not distribute, reproduce, or share course materials without written permission.

2.3 Course Content Updates:

We reserve the right to update or modify the course content at any time to ensure it remains current and relevant.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Student Behavior:

We expect students to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions with instructors, staff, and peers. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund.

3.2 Academic Integrity:

Students are expected to complete their work honestly and with integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, or submitting work that is not your own will result in disciplinary action, including possible dismissal from the course.

4. Attendance and Participation

4.1 Class Attendance:

Regular attendance in scheduled Zoom sessions is expected. If you are unable to attend a live session, recordings will be made available, but active participation is encouraged to maximize the learning experience.

4.2 Participation:

Active participation in discussions, assignments, and group projects is vital to the success of the course and the learning experience of all students.

5. Technical Requirements

5.1 Technology:

Students must have a reliable computer and internet connection to access course materials and participate in Zoom sessions. The course requires the installation of the Unity game engine and other software tools, which will be provided at no additional cost.

5.2 Technical Support:

We provide basic technical support for accessing course materials and using required software. Students are responsible for maintaining their own hardware and internet connection.

6. Refund Policy

7. Liability

7.1 Disclaimer:

Flagship Coding Academy provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes of the course or the specific results you will achieve.

Flagship Coding Academy will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Course Suspension or Cancellation

8.1 Course Suspension:

In the event that we must suspend or cancel the course for any reason, enrolled students will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued regardless of the time elapsed.
