Full Refund Period
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within the first 14 days of the course start date. This period allows you to evaluate the course content and decide if it meets your expectations.
Partial Refund Period
If you withdraw from the course between the 15th and the 28th day of the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
No Refunds After 28 Days
After the 28th day of the course start date, no refunds will be issued. By this point, you will have had ample time to assess the course and its suitability for your needs.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please email our support team at hello@flagshipcode.com with your full name, course registration details, and the reason for your refund request.
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.
Special Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or other significant, unforeseen circumstances, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Course Suspension or Cancellation
If we need to cancel or suspend the course for any reason, a full refund will be provided regardless of the time elapsed.
Non-Transferable
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and are non-transferable. By enrolling in our course, you agree to this refund policy.
